   L.P. Fixit LLC provides general handyman services for residential and commercial clients. While every effort is made to perform all work to professional standards and in compliance with local regulations, L.P. Fixit LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from pre-existing conditions, improper prior work, or code violations present before our engagement.
   
   

2. Permitting and Structural Work
   It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known modifications or additions that were made to the property without appropriate building permits. L.P. Fixit LLC will not be held liable for any consequences, damages, injuries, or structural failures resulting from unpermitted or previously undocumented work performed by third parties. Any such areas carry an inherently greater risk, and clients acknowledge that complete coverage or guarantees cannot be provided for these conditions.
   
   

3. No Warranty for Hidden Conditions
   L.P. Fixit LLC does not warranty repairs or services related to hidden conditions, including but not limited to mold, rot, pest infestation, electrical hazards, plumbing issues, or structural deficiencies that are not visible or disclosed at the time of service.
   
   

4. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.P. Fixit LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from work performed or information provided on this website.
